Lead workplace strategy, design, and transformation across Morgan Stanley’s India portfolio, shaping large-scale environments aligned with business growth, operational performance, and evolving ways of working.

Scope

Responsible for end-to-end workplace strategy and transformation across a multi-city portfolio, including portfolio planning, workplace strategy, design oversight, and delivery governance. Work spans flagship campuses, expansion planning, and optimization of existing environments to support long-term business objectives.

Contribution

Lead enterprise workplace strategy and design across a 1.8M sq. ft. portfolio, working closely with senior leadership to align real estate and workplace decisions with business priorities. Oversee multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across projects.

Drive portfolio planning, workplace transformation initiatives, and development of scalable frameworks to support growth, flexibility, and performance across multiple locations.
