Design and Built Environment Leader with over two decades of experience driving strategy, architecture, and experience-led transformation across global organizations.
My work focuses on aligning business objectives with integrated real estate, design, and workplace strategy to deliver high-performing, future-ready environments at building, campus, and portfolio scale. I bring a transdisciplinary approach that combines architectural thinking, strategic advisory, and human-centered design to shape complex environments across corporate, mixed-use, and institutional contexts.
Currently, as Vice President – Workplace Strategy & Design Lead at Morgan Stanley, I lead enterprise-scale transformation across a 1.8 million sq. ft. portfolio supporting over 16,000 employees. My role spans portfolio strategy, design leadership, and delivery governance, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable, high-impact design outcomes.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively in architecture and masterplanning across healthcare, institutional, residential, and mixed-use sectors. At Gensler, I led multi-regional engagements across APAC and the Middle East, contributing to practice growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering integrated strategy and design solutions.
Across my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, advised executive stakeholders, and contributed to business development and practice growth, bringing together design excellence, commercial thinking, and organizational transformation.
I hold a Master’s degree in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design, New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from India.
